Have you had an experience on a local bus or taxi that you want to tell us about? Perhaps a driver went above and beyond their job to help you out? Or maybe you had a negative experience that you want corrected?

Please note, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, all public transit and taxi drivers should be wearing masks at all times when transporting riders, as per New York State DOH guidance, so if you’ve seen a driver not wearing a mask while transporting passengers, we want to know!
